​I created and hosted The Chibi Cup, a competitive Teamfight Tactics tournament designed specifically for women and marginalized genders. From concept to execution, I organized the event structure, branding, player registration, rule set, and live coordination, fostering a welcoming yet competitive space within the esports community. The Chibi Cup was built to spotlight underrepresented talent in TFT while maintaining high production value, strong community engagement, and a fun, inclusive atmosphere.
